Delivery and Returns

Royal Mail Services: Our online store utilises Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK, ensuring reliable and efficient shipping of your Latvian and Eastern European groceries.

  1. Standard Delivery/Shipping Options:
    • Dispatch time 1-10 working days. Depending on product availability 
    • Delivery service – Royal Mail 
    • Parcel weight – up to 20kg 
    • Delivery cost – from £3.36 – £12.19 
    • Orders placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be shipped next week
    • If you order any perishable products to your delivery (i.e., have to be kept refrigerated), we take that as an agreement that you will take the responsibility if any of those products went off or got damaged during the delivery. The service provided by Royal Mail is out of our control. In the event of delayed delivery, we regret we are unable to offer compensation. Latfood will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 
  2. Dimensions and Weight Limits:
    • Small parcels can weigh up to 2kg with maximum dimensions of 45cm x 35cm x 16cm.
    • Medium parcels can weigh up to 20kg, with maximum dimensions of 61cm x 46cm x 46cm.

Returns Policy

RETURNS/REFUND

  1. Return Window:
    • No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.
    • Please contact us within 24 hours of order delivery regarding any questions of return and refund.
    • We are not responsible for any damage to the parcel or items during the delivery 
    • Buyer responsible for paying return fees.
    • Please note that sometimes products have PRODUCTION date, not EXPIRATION date on them. For safety and health reasons, no returns of any perishable or goods, which by reason of their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, will be accepted. In addition, as we are not producers, we can not be responsible for the taste quality of the products.
